Quantity With Ingredients :
8 Popsicle Sticks
4 Firm, Underripe bananas
224 gm (apprx) Semi-sweet chocolate
Q.S Sugar Pearls
Q.S Sparkling Sugar
Method of Preparation : Push a popsicle stick lengthwise, about 2 inches (5cm) into each banana half.
Slowly melt chocolate over hot water, or in saucepan on low, stirring constantly, until smooth. Do not overheat.
Pour into all drinking glass, about 2/3 full.
Holding popsicle stick, lower banana into chocolate until completely covered.
Gently ratate and pull banana out, letting excess chocolate drip back into glass.
Immediatly roll in desired topping.
Place on waxed paper on baking sheet.
Freeze, uncovered, until solid.
Place frozen bananas in airtight container.
Return to freezer. Makes it.
